SHIPPING INFORMATIONS
Chix Bags ships its products all over Italy, all EU countries and non -EU countries.
The courier used by Chix Bags is GLS!

SHIPPING FEES!
Shipping fees for EU countries : € 15!
Shipping fees for countries outside the EU : € 50 +import duties as applicable!!

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping time for EU countries are approximately 3 to 4 days.
Shipping time for extra EU countries are approximately 5 to 6 days.
In general, it depends on customs procedures of each country.
For out of stock products, shipping times may also increase. Chix Bags will communicate to customers
the estimated delivery as soon as possible.
Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday!

CHECKS TO BE DONE WHEN PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED
The customer should first verify the correspondence between the number of parcels delivered , and the
number of those indicated on delivery note. After verifying that, customer should make sure the parcel
is not wet, damaged or in general altered, including sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).
Any disputes must be immediately raised to the courier, otherwise the parcel is considered delivered
correctly.
If parcel is damaged or tampered with, costumer must: !
– express a reserve: the parcel is accepted but before signing the document the customer must write “I
accept it with backup right”; in this way if he/she opens the parcel and he/she finds the products have
been damaged he/she will be refunded
– refuse completely the parcel because of the tampering/damage
If the customer does not perform these operations chixbags.it will consider the parcel regularly
delivered.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Chixbags recognizes the right of withdrawal as expected from the European Legislation.The customer
who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal must send within 10 days from the date of receiving
products, a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Chix Bags di Nicoletta Buioni -via
Ginori 71b -57023 Cecina-Li I TALY, stating:
– the intention to avail of the benefits granted by law
– the information about product
– the number of the receipt/invoice attached as shipping document to the parcel
– the details of his bank account (bank, agency, IBAN) for refunding !
Alternatively, the customer can send the same document by e-mail at info@chixbags.it. Shipping fees
for return will be paid by the customer via a courier of their choice.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal, can be applied ONLY if the purchased products are intact
and returned in the original packing with all its original parts (manuals, wire, etc…). If the product is
not returned in perfect condition, used, devoid of its original packaging inside and outside, of any
documentation or accessory equipment, Chix Bags will not accept the return. The goods will then be
returned at the customer’s expense. If products are damaged during transport, Chix Bags will
communicate this to the customer within 5 working days of receipt of the product. Chix bags is not
responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods returned with uninsured shipment. After receiving the
returned goods, a refund will be made within 30 days by bank transfer.
